Lessonspace recordings are designed to be viewed in the online playback viewer. If you require an MP4 copy for safeguarding or legal purposes, the options below are available.
Create an MP4 recording
Lessonspace recordings are viewed through the online playback viewer and aren't currently available as downloadable MP4 files. If you need a synced MP4 version of a recording (including video, audio and playback), you can create one using screen recording software:
Start your preferred screen recording software and ensure it records both your screen and system audio.
Open the Lessonspace playback viewer.
Play the recording from the beginning.
Your screen recording software will capture the playback and save it as an MP4 file.
Download individual media streams
If you require the original media files, it's possible to download each participant's individual video and audio streams through a technical process.
Please note:
Video, audio and screen sharing are downloaded as separate MP4 files for each participant.
The downloaded files are not synchronized.
Whiteboard content and other Lessonspace tabs are not included.
