Linking Lessonspace and ClassBold
Step 1 - Create a Lessonspace account
If you’re new to Lessonspace, you can sign up for a free 14-day trial (no credit card details required). Once you’ve created an account, you can proceed to step 2.
Note: You can skip this step if you already have a Lessonspace account.
Step 2 - Create a ClassBold account
If you’re new to ClassBold, create an account. Once you’ve created an account, you can proceed to step 3.
Step 3 - Activate the Lessonspace integration
Activate the Lessonspace integration by going to Settings > Integrations > Lessonspace on ClassBold and by adding the API key from your Lessonspace account. Go to your Lessonspace Dashboard > Settings > Developer. Copy and paste the API Key to ClassBold.
You can also add your Lessonspace Organisation ID to ClassBold to enable recording, transcription, and AI summary toggles. To get your Organisation ID, ask your admin to email [email protected].
Step 4 - Create a lesson
Go to the Calendar > Create.
Here, assign the right tutors to the lesson.
Then, you and the users assigned to the lesson can launch the online classroom through Lessonspace.
Note: Classroom links are created automatically when the lesson is booked. Tutors and students can join via ClassBold, with students also receiving links by email.
