Note that this may differ depending on your custom setup. Typically, you can invite other participants from your live session, from your Lessonspace dashboard, or through your custom integration.
Share your Space link
Since your Space has its own web address, you can simply copy and paste the URL into an email or message. Participants can then click the link to go directly to the Space.
Invite others from inside a Space
When in a Space, click on Invite Others.
Copy and send the link to anyone you'd like to invite.
Invite others from the dashboard
Log in to your Lessonspace account.
Create a new Space or go to an existing Space.
Click the three dots and select Copy Link.
Send this link to anyone you'd like to invite to your Space.
Assign a Space to another user
You can also assign a Space to another user so they can access it directly from their Lessonspace dashboard. Once assigned, the user will see the Space on their dashboard and can join it from there.
Have users join through an integration
If you're using a custom setup, an integration, or an LMS calendar integration, other users will receive a link to join the lesson through that integration.
If they can't find the link, ask them to contact your integration provider or tutoring organization for assistance. Alternatively, you can share the Space link directly, as described here.
