New: You will now have a combined Waiting room and Lobby. If the Waiting room is on, users will have to "Request to Join" the session from the Lobby.
Entering the Lobby
When entering the Lobby, you'll first need to allow your browser permissions to your camera and microphone. You can do this by selecting the "Request Microphone and Camera Permission" button.
A pop-up will appear asking for camera and microphone access. We recommend selecting "Allow while visiting the site" so that you don't need to do this again.
After this, you can Join your session (or Request to Join if the Space has a Waiting Room).

In the Lobby, you can test:
Microphone
Speakers
Video
This ensures everything works properly before you join.

You can decide how to enter the Space:
Enter with video on and mic off
Enter with mic on and video off
Enter with both on
Enter with both off
Selecting Devices
Click on Devices in the Lobby to select your preferred audio, video, and camera sources.
