Lesson recordings can be accessed from your Student dashboard or via a recording link shared by your tutor. Recordings are only available if your organization has enabled recording and the lesson was recorded.
Access lesson recordings from your Student dashboard
Log in to your Student account using the email associated with your account.
Click Sessions.
Find the lesson you'd like to watch and click View recording.
Note: Recordings are automatically linked to your account when you join lessons while logged in with the email associated with your Student account.
Access a recording from a shared link
Your tutor may also share a recording link directly with you or your parent/guardian.
Note: If you're not logged in to your account, you'll be prompted to enter the recording password before you can view the recording. If you don't have the password, please contact your tutor or tutoring organisation.
Open the link in your browser to watch the recording.
Access a recording from your scheduling platform
If your organization uses a Lessonspace integration, you may be able to access lesson recordings directly from your scheduling platform. If you can't find a recording, contact your organization for assistance.

I can't see my recording. Why?
Recordings are only available if all of the following are true:
Your organisation has enabled lesson recordings.
The lesson was recorded.
You joined the lesson while logged in with the email associated with your Student account, or your tutor shared the recording link directly with you.
If you still can't access the recording, contact your tutor or organisation.
Do I need to log in to watch a recording?
If you're accessing recordings from your Student dashboard, yes – you'll need to log in with the email associated with your Student account.
If your tutor has shared a recording link directly with you, simply open the link in your browser. If you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to enter the recording password before you can watch it. If you don't have the password, contact your tutor or tutoring organisation.
